The first week of taking it, i followed the instructions as followed with drinking a lot of water and intake more potassium and lo and behold this truly works! You may see your clothes fitting more loose as the weeks go by but you’ll also feel lighter as you’re losing weight and having a regular bowel cycle which is something I haven’t had in a while. Definite recommend for those who want a complete detox and feel good while still on their fitness/detox journey! Worth the hype!
